Although we have never set out to do jewellery repairs by post, we have found that many customers who have moved away still wanted to use us to make or repair their jewellery.

Although we are happy to undertake work by post, we appreciate that this is a little more difficult from a distance. We are always happy to receive pictures by email and advise accordingly prior to sending.

All jewellery repairs are carried out in our Maidstone workshop. You may also visit us in person during our normal working hours.

Any jewellery sent to us is at your own risk, so please make sure that you send by an insured service, we advise Royal Mail Special Delivery with an insurance level to cover any loss.
