We can undertake all jewellery repairs no matter how small, or large in our own fully fitted Maidstone workshop, spread over 3 floors, with all repairs carried out by our experienced goldsmiths on the premises.
Our Goldsmiths have many decades experience between them and have a vast knowledge and experience within this sector and are able to undertake all repairs to precious metals.
Jason has been working as a Goldsmith since 1988 working in a trade workshop (P J Steel Chatham) doing repairs and alterations for many known High Street Jewellers before joining the business in 1994, and in 2019 marked his 25th Anniversary at The Jewellery Workshop.
Tony also started in a rival trade workshop (KJS Maidstone) in 1982 before relocating to Hatton Garden where he spent most of his time as a Diamond Mounter. Tony joined The Jewellery Workshop in 2008 as our Diamond Mounter.
Our goldsmiths can be seen working in the back of the shop and are happy to advise you on any aspect of jewellery repairs, remodelling of jewellery or commissions.
All of our chain repairs will include a soldered repair, and a clean and polish of the chain. Includes a 1 year guarantee for the repair that we have carried out.
Most chains will be repaired under our cheapest price which is for single link chains such as Curb, Trace and belcher chains.
Double link chains consits of styles like Rope, Prince of Wales and Twisted Curb chains.
Triple link chains are vey rare and have no specific design name.
